For more than two decades, Chris Sledge and his family have faithfully followed God's leading through a variety of ministry opportunities, including youth ministry, children's homes, pastoral ministry, and missions work. Throughout every season, they have experienced the Lord's faithfulness and provision while seeking to serve wherever He calls.

God has blessed Chris and his wife Chelsea with four children — Titus, Malachi, Ava, and Zoe — who have shared in the journey of ministry alongside them. Together, they have embraced a desire to follow Christ and serve others wherever He opens doors.

Most recently, God has called their family to serve at Salt Light Mission in Waveland, Mississippi, alongside Pastor Doyle Moore. Their passion is to see people connected to Jesus Christ and discipled in their faith. Through the ministry of Salt Light Mission, they seek to strengthen the connection between the local church and the surrounding community while sharing the hope of the Gospel.

Their ministry is built upon a commitment to worship, prayer, faithful service, and intentionally blessing those God places in their path. They believe that as God's people remain faithful to the work of Christ, He will continue to build His church and use Salt Light Mission to reach lives for His glory.

They are grateful for the opportunity to serve in Waveland and look forward to seeing how God continues to work through Salt Light Mission as souls are connected to the Savior and communities are impacted by the Gospel.
